3 . What is your design process?
Discovery — We talk about your vision, goals, what you need and make some mood boards (I love Pintrest)
Concept & Sketching — I’ll explore ideas (mixed-media, digital, etc.) and create initial drafts.
Refinement — We pick ideas and refine them together, iterating until you're happy.
Finalisation — I deliver final files, ready for print or digital use.
4 . What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the project. Smaller pieces (like a menus or a single illustration/logo) usually take a few days. Larger projects (branding, full digital content) may take a few weeks — we’ll agree a timeline up front.
5 . Can you handle commercial / client work?
Absolutely! I've worked on a variety of projects, including:
Promotional assets for local small businesses.
Custom motorbike decals for a tour around Portimão.
Custom wedding invitations, menus, favours, and stationery.
As well as this, I’ve recently been working professionally as a graphic designer at a marketing agency so have a lot of “real world” experience wit a wide variety of clients.
6 . Do you have a portfolio?

7 . How do you charge for projects?
Each project is unique, so I like to provide a custom quote based on:
The scope of the work
The complexity (illustration, branding, print, digital)
Deliverables needed (print-ready files, digital assets, etc.)
8 . Do you work remotely or in person?
Mainly remotely — I’m based in Cleethorpes, but I work with clients all over the UK. We can communicate via email, calls, or video as needed. whatever is best for you!
9 . Can I request revisions?
Yes! My process always includes an iteration phase so that you can give feedback and I can refine designs. The number of revisions depends on the scope agreed at the start.
10 . What file formats will I receive?
I can deliver in a variety of formats depending on what you need:
For print: PDF, AI, EPS (or whichever your printer prefers, I can organise printing if nessesary)
For web / digital: PNG, JPG, SVG, or other relevant formats
11 . Who owns the rights to the designs?
Once the final payment is made, you will typically own the rights to the final approved designs (unless otherwise agreed). We can talk through any details around usage licensing when we start the project.
12 . Do you do follow-up support / edits after the project is done?
Yes , if you need small tweaks later on (e.g. changing text, updating a logo colour), I’m open to helping. For larger changes, I’ll quote a separate fee.
13 . How do we stay in touch during the project?
We’ll use whichever communication method works best for you : email, WhatsApp, or video call. I’ll also provide regular updates as the work progresses, so you’re never in the dark.
14 . What if I have a really niche or unusual design request?
Lets do it! I love creative challenges (Have a noisy through my portfolio and you’ll see i’ve worked in many different styles). Even if it's something outside my usual experience, I'll do my best to explore ideas and make something great together.
